The White Phantom Quartz exhibits a quartz structure inside in the form of a phantom or ghost image which imitates the actual quartz point. These are used in meditation to access the records, memories and wisdom  of our past lives. Anyone working with the Akashic records would benefit greatly by having a Phantom Quartz at their disposal. They help us to release any past-life karmic ties that are holding us back.

These particular points are also a Dow Crystals which make them Master Crystals.

Dow Crystals are Master Crystals that have 6 faces that alternate 7-3-7-3-7-3. They are both a Channeling and Transmitter crystal, which allows them to incorporate the qualities of both. The perfect geometry makes this a powerful crystal especially for work with the heart and the transmutation of pain and suffering into peace and unconditional love. Usually one of the faces is larger than the others, and that will tell you whether the Dow tends more toward Channeling or Transmitting (see below.)

The Dow is said to the the ultimate Christ Consciousness stone, connecting us to divinity. It's angles add up to 30 (3x3 + 3x7), and breaks down in numerology to 3, the Holy Trinity.

Channeling Crystal: 

The Channeling Crystal is recognized by one large 7-sided face with a triangle face opposite it. This is a feminine energy crystal that represents the 7 qualities one can attain to gain wisdom into ones soul. It calls us to draw upon our inner wisdom and helps us to obtain our soulʼs wisdom through the seven virtues: love,freedom, manifestation, joy, peace and unity. Once this truth is found, the threesided face on the back helps us to speak that truth. The symbolism of the seven and the three is seen throughout history and in modern times. There are seven chakras, seven planes of existence (in many Shamanic philosophies), seven rainbow colors of light. The three sided face, a triangle, represents the Trinity, the Universal symbol of strength and wholeness, and the manifestation of heavenly light brought down to the earth.

Transmitter Crystal: 

The Transmitter Quartz is recognized by having one triangular face flanked by two 7-sided faces. Again we see the 7/3 symbolism, this time in a crystal with a masculine energy.The Transmitter crystal connects our conscious mind with Universal wisdom. It teaches us to refine our communication in order to clearly express our truth and to ensure that what we receive back from the Universal consciousness is as clear as what we project.These master crystals can be used to communicate with other life forms in other dimensions as well as between people in this dimension.
