Reiki 

Reiki is a Japanese vibrational healing system which involves the light placement of hands in various positions on the body to facilitate your self healing. This esoteric and super subtle practice is deeply relaxing and a wonderful method to combat stress, sleep issues, mental/emotional issues, as well as manage pain. Reiki is physical healing, but ultimately about getting in touch with your own truth.

If you're new to Reiki think of it this way: while a massage therapist works on your muscles, a Reiki practitioner works on your energy body.

Crystal Balancing

Because of their inherent structure, crystals have a long documented history of use in healing work in practically every culture and religious tradition since the dawn of time. Crystal Balancing involves the placement of the stones on your chakras to align your body's vibration to those of the crystals to balance and unblock any stagnant energy. Your session also includes a diffusion of essential oils tailored to your needs.

Crystal Consultations

On phone or via Skype, we’ll discuss your current state and get a primer on how certain crystals can help you. I’ll then make recommendations for specific stones, and explain their purpose, and how to best care for them. You will receive a 20% discount code to use in my crystal shop after the consultation.

Multi-Modality Sessions

Multi-Modality Sessions combine the perfect combination of Reiki, Crystal Balancing, Sound Therapy and Essential Oils into one powerful treatment. Our session may include any combination of chimes, singing bowls, tuning forks and gongs to further deepen your relaxation and healing through the benefits of sound vibration.

Sound Journeys

A sacred practice rooted in ancient Eastern cultures, sound healing is increasingly being embraced to soothe frazzled minds and bodies and assist in inducing deep meditative states and spiritual expansion. Tuning into the natural frequencies of the earth and our bodies, promotes deep healing. Working with a selection of gongs, singing bowls, and shamanic instruments, every session is unique. They're a beautiful opportunity to let go from everyday life and slip into a dreamlike state full of possibilities.
